you do realize that these questions are not right and wrong questions. It is just a way for them to find out how to work with you. To get your opinions on stuff and then get you to that work environment that best suits you. they know you aren't going to say ';Very Effective'; to this Q-A coworker, who was to assist you with an assignment, did not assist you, which left you to perform all the work by yourself.
