I don't think you can get along with people like that. Only talk to her about work and only when you have to. Other than that, I would just steer clear of her. She sounds like she could definitely make the work day very long.
walk the other way or put on head phones when she comes around. cause no one is worth losing your job over.

whenever she talks to you always start talking about the good news of the reverand moon and the moonies and ask her if she wants to join reverend moon and live in bliss, then she'll just start avoiding you altogether.
Well, if your trying to be her friend, start by saying hello in the morning, even something as simple as saying, how are you? Find out about her interests and make small talk. If you are trying to ignore her, try to make conversations short with polite excuses, like you have to use the restroom and such.

Then don't bother about her. Just concentrate on your stuff. But there will be times when the 2 of you will brush shoulders with each other. Simply be professional when you deal with her. And when she is nasty or sarcastic, just brush it across. No point locking horns with people who have no brain. Haha.. Hope this helps! Good luck!

these people are a threat to all order in a tem environment, they bring down morale, distract with negativity, and can potentially harm your good standing position at work by drawing out your frustration and bliding you from u're prime directive...making a living...surviving.



The worst part about this is she probably dosn't even realize how much of a beotch shes being. She got her head so far up her own *** she cant see!



The few ways to deal with this; a) realize whats shes doing cannot have an affect on you unless you let her, b) also realize she in the process of learning a lesson in dealing with people, c) dont let her distract you from your ';prime directive'; :)



If you cant avoid direct contact with this person due to your job responsibilites, PLAY STUPID, be the smiley non threating goof ball be down right Corny if you have to :)
What is she so wonderful about that gives her attitude? Her proficiency?Her looks?Her power?. Figure that out and if you want to you can try to approach her and compliment her in that area. That will get her to soften toward you perhaps enough to have a level work relationship. Likely shes overconfident b/c she's undercompetent somewhere in her life. If she softens toward you, she might reveal that she is a likeable human being with frailities like the rest of the human race.

Otherwise, just be cheerful when she speaks and take everything like its bs with a smile.
Try bringing it to her attention. Perhaps she is one of those, who doesn't see herself. There are a lot of people, like that. If this doesn't work and I don't know how closely you and her work, ask to be placed somewhere else. You know, within the company. It may seem drastic, but you got a do, what you got a do.
